PAYMENT POLICY

If registration is made 46 days or more prior to Trip’s Day 1
- } 50% of the total package price is due at the time of registration
- } The remaining 50% of total package price is due 45 days prior to
  Trip’s Day 1

If registration is made less than 45 days prior to Trip’s Day 1:
- } Full package price is due at the time of registration

CANCELATION POLICY

If cancellation occurs:
- } At least 45 days prior to Trip’s Day 1 – 75% of amount paid will be refunded
- } 44 days to 30 days prior to Trip’s Day 1 – 75%of amount paid will be refunded
- } 29 days to 21 days prior to Trip’s Day 1 – 50% of amount paid will be refunded
- } 20 days or less prior to Trip’s Day 1 – there will be no refund
